Free Marketing Task Promotion Terms

Pickled Agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”) periodically offers a free marketing task (valued at up to one hour of professional services) to qualifying businesses as part of a promotional initiative. Participation in this offer is subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:
   

    

    

   • Must be a U.S.-based business or organization.

      

      

   • Must complete the application form with accurate and complete information.

      

      

   • Must be selected by Pickled Agency based on internal criteria (industry alignment, project feasibility, etc.).

      

      

2. Scope of Work:
   

    

    

   • Includes one (1) task from a pre-approved list of services such as: social media post design, email copywriting, SEO audit, landing page critique, branding refresh suggestions, etc.

      

      

   • Task must be completable within one (1) hour of active agency time.
     

      

      

3. Limitations:
   

    

    

   • No cash value.

      

      

   • Offer is non-transferable.

      

      

   • One submission per company.

      

      

   • Not valid for current clients.

      

      

4. Selection Criteria:
   

    

    

   • Not all applicants will be selected.

      

      

   • We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our discretion.

      

      

5. Additional Services:
   

    

    

   • If additional time or services are requested, standard agency rates may apply.
